Sandbox quick guide

Sandbox mode allows you to quickly develop and test the integration with onramp.

Refer the flow below for the user flow,

  • After opening the sandbox link, enter the required amount.

  • Make sure you are on the Mumbai polygon testnet, and enter your USDT-MATIC20 wallet address.

  • Enter your phone number to receive OTP.

  • Enter the received OTP and click verify.

  • review the transaction details, and choose "Proceed to Pay" .

  • The payment details are intentionally blurred out, as to avoid any accedental payments, the actual payment details are visible on production version of onrmap.

  • Click on "I HAVE PAID" and proceed.

  • This step emulates the average time taken usually to reconcile the transaction. Note: No user action is required in this step.

  • Once the deposit is found, the swap of the desired crypto takes place, and the crypto is then sent to the onchain wallet address. Note: In sandbox the USDT is sent the mumbai polygon testnet.

  • After successful screen is displayed once the has is generated, the user can now view the transaction using explore transaction section.

  • On looking up the transaction History, the user can find all transactions placed by the user, the Partner/Merchant can get updates of the transaction via webhook or by polling them. Webhook updates Merchant Transaction History

Adding Testnet to metamask

  • For a single click add on, you can visit https://chainlist.org/

  • Toggle the testnets and search for matic mumbai

  • Connect your wallet and click on Add to wallet and approve.

Adding USDT to metamask

  • Head over to your metamask extension and click on import tokens

  • Add USDT MATIC-20 testnet contract address -> 0x5e3cb2a3e2c66882df2f0bdbee300327bb7e128c and click on add custom token, you should now be able to view the transactions sent over by the onramp sandbox.
