Resume Transaction - offramp (Alternate Bank account)

Incase the transaction wasn't completed or failed for any reason, the transaction can still be taken up at a later point of time.

In some cases, transactions may not be successful due to an incorrect bank account input. If such an issue arises, the transaction can be easily resumed by opting for an alternate bank account. Here's a detailed guide on how to resume your transaction using a different bank account:

Steps to Resume a Failed Transaction with an Alternate Bank Account

  2. Open the Main Menu: Click on the hamburger menu icon, represented by three horizontal lines.

  3. Locate Transaction History: In the main menu, choose Sell History.

  4. Find the Failed Transaction: Within the list, locate the transaction highlighted in yellow, signalling a failed transaction due to incorrect bank account details. Click on Alternate Bank to move forward.

  8. Verify and Select New Account: After adding the new bank account, review the details to ensure they are correct. Once confirmed, select the newly added bank account and hit Proceed.
